1. Cancellation Timeframes
- Within 24 hours: Full refund if service not initiated.
- 24 hours to 7 days: Full refund if no work commenced; 50% if preparation started.
- After 7 days / post-commencement: No refund; service will be delivered as agreed.
- After delivery: No cancellation once deliverable provided.
2. Non-Cancellable
- Government fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
- Services where government application is already filed cannot be cancelled.
- Time-sensitive compliance filings (GST returns, MCA filings) filed before cancellation request.
3. How to Cancel
Email info@thelegalteam.in with Subject: "Cancellation Request — [Service Name]". We respond within 1 working day and process eligible refunds within 5-7 working days.
