Services shall be as agreed upon during consultation and confirmed in writing before commencement of work.
Fees are exclusive of government fees, GST at 18%, and out-of-pocket expenses. Additional work beyond original scope will be quoted separately.
50% advance before commencement (new clients). Balance before delivery. Retainer clients: monthly by 5th. Late payment attracts 2% per month interest. Accepted: UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay.
Provide accurate documents timely, respond within 48 hours, maintain copies of all certificates, inform of any business changes, and provide portal access (OTPs) when required.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information exchanged. This obligation survives termination.
Full refund if service not started within 7 days. 50% if work initiated but not completed at client request. No refund after completion or if rejection was due to incorrect client information. Government fees non-refundable.
Governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved through arbitration at Noida, UP under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
