- Service not started within 7 days due to our failure
- Duplicate payment refunded within 3 working days
2. Partial Refund (50%)
- Service initiated but client cancels before completion
- Mutual agreement to terminate after partial work
3. No Refund Situations
- Service completed and delivered
- Government rejection due to incorrect client information
- Government fees are non-refundable in all cases
- Cancellation request after 30 days of payment
4. Refund Process
Email info@thelegalteam.in with subject "Refund Request - [Your Name]". Processing time: 5-10 working days after approval. Refund to original payment mode.
