The refund amount depends on the stage of service completion:

  • Before Service Initiation: 100% refund minus payment gateway charges
  • After Document Collection: 75% refund minus processing fees
  • After Application Filing: 50% refund (government fees non-refundable)
  • After Government Submission: No refund possible

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Government fees and statutory charges
  • Third-party verification charges
  • Expedited processing fees
  • Consultation fees after session completion

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Include payment receipt and reason for refund
  • Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services before initiation without penalty. Once the service process has begun, cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed.
